1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?
I’m a communication student from Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. Other than that, I’m also a budding filmmaker, and photographer.
2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?
I love using Instagram as a medium of expressing myself, and showing people a curated glimpse of what my life is. I usually post about events, and anything related to menswear, and brands that I love.
3) How did your Instagram name come about?
There’s nothing much to say about my Instagram name because it’s just my nickname, last name, and an underscore, I needed to add the underscore because unfortunately, somebody got my username first. (Smh) I try to keep my social feeds as public, and as personal as possible.
4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!
I use my beloved Canon 60D for taking my photos, because I make sure to make photo quality the key to have quality photos, because if you start with a high quality photo, then post-processing won’t take it’s toll on your photo.
Then I filter my photos in VSCO, and post-process them at Snapseed.
5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?
David Guison (@davidguison), Michael (@onemisco), Sef (@potatosef), and Denny Balmaceda (@denny623) are some of the ‘grammers that influence the way I dress up, and curate my feed.
6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?
Finding what makes you, you. Whether it’s your taste in fashion, or a certain filter in vsco. Having a solid idea on who you wanna be in social media can take you places.
7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?
The feedback. The stuff people tell you, and how you inspire them.
8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?
It’s best to build an authentic connection when you’re collaborating, because how you treat your influencers can affect the quality of them representing your brand.
9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?
The best advice I could give is to treat your content as horcruxes. (Yes like the ones in the Harry Potter series.) Because if you put a little you in the content that you create, then you wouldn’t have to fake anything.
10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?
The people you’d get to meet, and the passion that they put into the brand. And the hearing the stories they have on putting the brand together. I’m really just a people person.
