Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Psalm Ramos @psalmramos

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m an 18 year old muser with 14k+ fans and the original muser behind #CHRISTianMusically. I’m also a YouTuber from the Philippines who’s building up an audience at the moment. I’m also an influencer on Instagram with 9k+ followers.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topics of interest are basically about entertainment, travel, and photography. I post on Instagram myself and aesthetically beautiful photographs by just using a smartphone.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My Instagram name is simply my real name which is Psalm Ramos so that people wouldn’t have a hard time in searching for me in social media. I want to keep it simple by just using my real name.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I edit my photos with VSCO app and Photoshop CC. In photographs, I analyze first if there are parts of the image that has to be refined or edited. If the photo looks great aesthetically based from color and exposure, I would post the photo as is. Editing photos are only your last resort but capturing a great image is your first objective.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

@gabrielconte – because his feed in my opinion shows the beauty and story of his life of what’s happening in his current season.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

They have to try different angles in capturing a shot because a different perspective makes a big differnce on how you would want the public to see what you’re trying to tell based from the photo. There are lots of ways on how to capture that perfect shot, you just have to make time and effort on getting the right one.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Interaction with the public. Being an influencer makes interaction with the public really important to also gain exposure and different opinions on what they think of the photo.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Campaigns can attract a lot of audience if they choose the right influencers to advertise it with. I maintain authenticity with what I present to the brands and let them see that this is a work from Psalm Ramos.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality and originality is a top priority of an influencer especially when making content. This is really important for content makers because making it original and having the best quality is a good reputation and is also building up your name as an influencer.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Having a long term relationship as an influencer of their brand is a blessing and also by having fun in what you do and advertising their campaign or thr brand itself is the best part.
