1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Originally from Austin, TX, I now live in Durango, CO. I’m a 23 year old professional endurance mountain bike racer. I get to travel the globe racing in some of the most beautiful parts of the world, and working to inspire others to live active, adventurous lives as well.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Mountain biking, outdoor adventures, healthy lifestyles, fitness, and posting beautiful documentation of enjoying the outdoors.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My full name. It is unique, memorable, and marketable.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Mostly I use Instagram, but I use VSCO often as well.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Red Bull, GoPro, Outside.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Videos.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love being creative, and impacting other’s lives in a positive way. Getting messages of appreciation makes all the hours of work getting the co tent right worth it.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Make an all-inclusive plan beforehand.
Create content that encourages interaction from followers.
Run contests.
Create a unique, memorable hashtag and use it to tie the campaign together.
I highly encourage takeovers.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Stockpile quality content, and then patient. Be okay with delayed gratification. If you are willing to hold good content in reserve and just stick with 1-2 posts per day, you can dole it out and avoid dry spells, thus keeping followers engaged and excited.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

When both provide mutual benefit and everyone comes out ahead.
