1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi! People call me fyka for short. Currently, my profession is a makeup-artist. I do many types of make-up for malay bridal, engagement, theatres, photoshoot & so on.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topic of interest is always on modest fashion & make-up. Most of the time, i would post on my selfie & my make-up of the day, at the same time promoting business that I run with my partner to my followers.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It all started from secondary. I felt that “fykaeyqa” sounds nice. Fyka is my nickname, but eyqa just an add on. Lol. And now people that i dont know, knows me by this name through instagram.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

hmmm, my favourite app to edit my photo is VSCO and with iphone editorial itself.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

yes! i do. The instagrammer that inspires me the most is “neelofa” shes a popular malaysian actress & host. Her sense of fashion is really up there. I love how her modest fashion influenced alot of people.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

i am not too sure.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Well, my favourite part is when people would ask me tips and trick on doing my makeup. Honestly, I am willing to share with all ladies out there.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

So far i have not yet try running campaigns. But if i have the chance, I would love to.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

When something is original & quality are good it just shows that he/she creative or he/she put their most hard work to think.Therefore, I advise show your creativity, be new, be rare.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Creating brand awareness & sponsorship.
