1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi! I’m a 45 yr old mom of 3 kids 12,9 and 7 . I’m a Beachbody coach and I’m very into health and fitness ! I love helping others on their journey and hope to inspire. I share a lot of motivation, workouts, food pics . I’m also a yoga instructor and a model . My kids all play competitive sports so we are a big fitfam and very busy with an active lifestyle.

Workouts, motivation , food pics , beauty selfies , my kids

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Just wanted it to portray my fit lifestyle

It depends on what I want to do , i pick the appropriate app

Love inspiring others to live a healthy more fulfilling life!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Just be real and simple , use beautiful images

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I think it’s important to speak with your own voice so you are believable and create as much as you can!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I have not partnered with any brands except Beachbody ….I love what they stand for and their mission statement!
