1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Part time food blogger, part time student-athlete. I am part of the national team of Singapore in fencing. Balancing sports, studies and blogging is a challenge but I can cope (:

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Food. Good photos of food. Everything about food.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Because this instagram account was made for food only, I just combined it with part of my first name, hence foodwithnic!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I add a filter and adjust the exposure, contrast and temperature on VSCO, then I whiten the picture and patch up certain spots if any on Facetune, and lastly if the picture looks a little distorted I will edit it with SKRWT.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Being able to spread my love for food ;D

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Make the interior aesthetically pleasing, and make sure that dishes are plated and presented in a nice way which would look good in photos

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

The public only liked original and creative content that they see comes out from your heart. They would be able to tell when someone is faking it, and the more original it is, the better you would be at expressing your feelins.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

It gives me the opportunity to spread the word of the different brands, and I can also help the brands get a larger audience by giving them advice!
