1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

@NavedQureshi is Tips and tit-bits on Fashion, Fitness & Fatherhood. By the day I am a marketing and strategy professional, and my Insta-blog is the expression of my experiences and lifestyle.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Having worked in the fashion industry for over a decade with some of the biggest fashion retailers, brands & events, #Fashion sense comes naturally. And being a sportsman right from my primary schooling days & now a marathoner and wip fitness trainer, #Fitness is a lifestyle.

Therefore, writing and creating content about fashion, fitness, and fatherhood is not just a fad or not only a matter of being close to the heart or deeply rooted, but comes naturally.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s is a log of my lifestyle and hence my own name NavedQureshi.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use Instagram itself the most followed by Line Camera, Splice, Manly, Instasize, Momento.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

None

6) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Content is this king & engagement is the kingdom!
The page is meant to add value to the lives of the followers and inspire them to do better and feel better. Help them groom & style better and inspire them to live & practice healthy and fulfilling parenting and lives.
The content has always been and will continue to be entertaining & informative and hence engaging. Emphasis is on being responsive to the engaged audience and advice, direct or connects them to the right domain experts. Needless to say, blog maintains a close connection and collaboration with the expert, fellow bloggers & brand eco-system (e.g. trainers and instructors, gyms and studios, doctors and therapists, stylists, photographers, designers, production houses as well as educationalists, trainers, teachers and coaches for kids)

7) What’s your favorite part about StarNgage? Any exciting campaigns that you have joined through StarNgage before?

The statistics are so clear and transparent and of the other influencers as well. The rate meter is amazing. I have just applied for Sentosa, Singapore campaign, fingers crossed.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

The content will never just be show-and-tell static imagery. Instead, it will always be a convincing content, flowing and following the insta-page in sync with the blogger’s lifestyle.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

The first step is content planning – content that is true to the Fitness, Fashion/ grooming and Fatherhood/
Lifestyle DNA, this is followed by styling & conceptualizing. Not only do the Designer and the Stylist keep a track of the upcoming trends, they also create storyboards that incorporate the same in a planned grid. Each row is carefully arranged to keep the color theme, the mood and the consistency of the story in mind. Pictorial references of what the final handle data will look like are planned and carefully photo-shot. The post-production team aims at achieving the final mood and color sensibility that gives the account the final and carefully decided look.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

It’s my take and deeply researched self-expression!
