Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Meaghan @stellarandstyle

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Stellar and Style is powered by a family of three women – Annette, Eliza and Meaghan. We are all at different stages of our corporate career – near retirement, prime of career and working mum. We believe being a female corporate is a skill and it can be rewarding and testing.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Corporate Style – Lovers of fashion, Australian designers and businesses. The style options that we choose, support Australian designers and businesses. The style advice provided offer women with up to the minute, cutting edge corporate style and help women with the daily struggle of ‘what should I wear to work today’ based on the corporate events and commitments taking place.

Corporate Mentorship – Inspired by women and family. Energised by success. We believe being a female corporate is a skill and it can be rewarding and testing. As apart of Stellar and Style we share our corporate experiences via our blog so corporate females can use our site as guide and forum to ask, express, share and support.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

As a modern woman in the corporate world, we believe a major part of having a stellar career and being a stellar performer is in the way your style comes across. The way, you express and present yourself. A look, a picture, is worth thousand words – Stellar and Style.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

We take all our photos from each our Iphones. The apps we use to edit our photos is Photo Editor; only to crop our photos and if our photos need crisping up we use the sharpen function Instagram has available within their edit section before uploading a photo.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Is being able to thank amazing designers through the clothes we wear and feature on our website and instagram as well as the businesses through where we are located when we take the photos. Thanking the designers and businesses for their talent and effort they put in. In addition, the mentorship side of Stellar and Style helps engage a community of women supporting women and women empowering women as lets face it being a female corporate is a skill and it can be rewarding and testing.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Stay true to the key elements of your business and brand. Don’t just post any photo on instagram if it doesn’t reflect you or your business. Ensure the photos you post are sending across your business message and beliefs.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Any audience does not want to see repetition. Be different and unique from the rest. Every Audience loves finding out about the unknown and the new.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

We love supporting other brands on their journey and thanking them for helping us, putting the effort in and for their talent.
