Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Malika Klas @malikaklas

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

So I’m a 17 year old fashionblogger and fashion student at my local high school. I now live in Belgium but I was actually born in the Netherlands. I mostly post on my instagram account but also on a actual blog(maliminimal). I’m currently trying to get into the fashion industry.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topics of interest are mainly fashion but also beauty and health. I mostly post pictures of fashion related content.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Maliminimal is actually the name of my blog ‘Mali’ are the first 4 letters of my name and minimal is my fashion style. And my username is just my own name.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I first use the installed photo app from apple and edit it for a part. Then I use Polar to edit it a bit more untill it’s perfect.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

@dayinmydreams (Kristina) is definitely one off my all time favourites. I love her pictures her feed her stories and the vibe she gives. I also adore her style. She is also someone who does inspire me. Also @melo_and_co , why her? Simple she does so many different things. She works hard. She has a blog a webshop and she’s a mom. I aspire to be like her!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I would say whatever dreams you have, follow them. Seriously if there is something you really want to achieve in life go for it even if it might seem scary or risky. It’s worth a shot!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

My favourite about being an influencer is hard to say. I just started focussing on becoming one.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I think to stay true to your brand is something very important. Also to try and come up with new, refreshing ways.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

To try different things out , who knows maybe you’ll find better ways. Maybe not, but you grow out of it.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I think what I like best about it is that you get to be in contact with other people that are in the same branch and most likely have the same interests.
