Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Lugdivine Borello @kali_story

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m a French travel and lifestyle photographer. I’m currently working on a film tourism project that I hope will help all geeks like me.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I’m mainly interested in travel, showing places I discover, that inspires me, that I like or is out of the ordinary. I like to show authenticity, to make discover new places to my community.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s a mix of my nickname and an old project I had with my best friend that we called Friends Story at the time. Then we finished it, I just kept the name because we all have stories to tell.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use mainly Lightroom for colors and light adjustments, and some rarely times Snapseed to correct saturation on some precise points of a photo. And only use Retouch if there is something really bothering me on the photo.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I don’t have a particularly account that inspires me, i love the work of multiple friends or accointances like @vadrouilleursdumonde, @morgylh, @leblogcashpistache, etc… and some communities.

6) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I like being challenged in finding always a new place to shoot, finding ideas for new photos and get to work with companies on interesting projects.

7) What’s your favorite part about StarNgage? Any exciting campaigns that you have joined through StarNgage before?

I’m still looking for a campaign that is matching best with me.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I worked several times with Stand for socks, I love their ethics. They give a pair of socks to different association everytime they sell a pair to someone. I also worked with some Office Tourisms who were so nice and communicative and let me show you how their destination my way.
When I work with a brand I want to stay myself, showing it my way. I always tell the brands I work with to be sure they really look at my account first so they won’t expect something that is not my style.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Be true to yourself, it’s the only way to enjoy what you do everyday and find brands that will suits you and will love working with you ad much you’ll love working with them.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Being challenging into new ways to shoot, find new ideas or places for a product or a destination. As much the research that the execution work.
