1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

My name is Lacey Rose, I currently reside in Southern Cali, I work in the medical field at Ucla assisting doctors and surgeons in their every day clinics. I have a passion for the beauty / entrepreneurial industry and love to help coach people to lead a better life for themselves. In my spare time I enjoy reading, and photography as well as freelance makeup. I come from a Italian/Mexican family and we are all very close and caring . We always encourage each other to go after our goals and support each other 100%

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topics of interest, are entrepreneurship, beauty, fashion, photography, fitness, health , wellness. I mainly post related to the beauty industry and motivational quotes pertaining to fitness, health and success.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My Instagram name “Glowbyrose” came about because my middle name is rose and seeing as I am a freelance makeup artist with a passion for the beauty industry I love to make my face or a clients face “glow” so that is how “Glowbyrose” came about.

I feel like they all inspire me in a different way , they all have their own unique style and personality which is very inspiring for us to create our own style picking up bits and pieces from their techniques.

I also, follow a big amount of motivational pages on Instagram that post positive quotes and tips such as thegoodquote , bossbabe, ambitiousbeauties .

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

If I could reccomend one thing right now it would have to be , the Karma Water , it’s so delicious and full of vitamins that are amazing for your health.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

My favorite part about being an influencer would have to be the fact that I know I’m helping someone else in one way or another by providing a suggestion, or advice to another person with the same passion as myself.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

My advice would just be to be honest with your clients , use all different types of people , don’t favor anyone . Make it about equality and a great product that everyone could use and I feel it would bring great success.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I feel it is extremely important to have originality when it comes to a product or content, this way your audience/clients/customers know you’re genuine and actually care about your product and what you and your company stand for.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I feel that t would be great to partner with brands because it shows that your dreams can come true, and that the brands actually care about their product and people that they are supplying too. Plus you get to meet some incredible people and create amazing projects.
