Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Kyara Costelloe @Kyaracostelloe

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m 18 years old living in Newcastle Australia. I’ve been freelance modelling for 3 years and love every moment spend in front of the camera. I love being able to be myself and not hide away through social media so I always love posting my shoots and every day lifestyles!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love modelling, music, photography, adventuring the world. I mostly post my modelling work and some day to day photos as I love to keep my followers intrigued with my lifestyle and keep them in the loop of everything that’s going on! I love being the girl that everyone would look up too by being a model!

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I think I was 15 when I first heard about Instagram, so I decided to make an account @kyaracostelloe and back then it was the lousy selfies and photos of the ground. And eventually when I got older I realised this could be a big thing so I refreshed everything from my childhood off and started again. Posting every day photos and my followings starting building up. And 4 years later here I am.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I mainly use VSCO to add an effect but that’s mainly it, I like to keep my photos in the same effect as it makes my feed look great!!

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Mimi elashiry inspires me the most as she is just so unique in her own way and doesn’t care what any haters have to say. She is calm and gentle with the world and her photos show that to everyone! I’ve always been a big believer that Mimi will come a long way in the modelling indrusty.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Be natural and yourself! There’s no point hiding away behind photoshooped photos of yourself and feel the need to think that’s how we get through with life. You need everyday looks, things that make you happy. . BE YOURSELF! you are beautiful inside and out !

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love being looked up too and being told that I’m not like all the influencers and models out there. I’m not ultra thin. I’m thick and have beautiful curves. The world needs to appreciate us girls who aren’t as skinny as mirinda Kerr.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Keep it real! Keep your campaign yours, make it unique and special with the way you want your brand to be known as.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Very important! Quality in everything has to be a priority! And also same with having your own original content you can’t be going around copying someone else’s ideas because that’s not going to be getting your name out there.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love free clothes 😉 I love being able to help the brand rise and come beyond what they’ve ever wished for! I love creating wonderful look books for brands so they have new and fresh photos for there business!
