Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Kash @Khashool

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m an Iranian student currently studying multimedia technology in malaysia. I love photography and editing photos and am currently a freelance photographer.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

To be honest I like all topics, if I must highlight a topic it’d be the one(s) I prefer less, which in my case would be photographing for nightclubs and/or highly crowded events .

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

few years ago my friends used to call me that and it kinda got stuck as my photography nickname.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I’d have to subcategories this question into two parts, Mobile apps and PC apps.
for PC, I usually use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop both with google’s NIK collection plug-ins.
and for Phone, It’s mostly done using Snapseed and sometimes Lightroom.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Since I’m always looking for new styles and learning new techniques I keep having new inspirations but these days it has to be @Finnharries.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I am hardly as huge as the people and accounts I follow on instagram to give advice to, but the only thing is, be sincere to your followers, they’re the ones that got you where you are now.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I like having my opinion matter as well as have different new ideas heard from followers or just random passerby(s).

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Define the outlines of your must and must not list, if it’s not an actual clear cut idea the dynamics would be very different from perspective to another, which in turn would demotivate new influencers since they most probably will not get their photos featured/reposted and ultimately no rewards be it exposure or monetary.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

it’s cool to be inspired by others but there’s no point in copying or in some cases stealing some elses idea or even the entire work, it might work out for a while but eventually you’d need your own ideas so it’s better to start working on those as soon as you can to develope your own originality and style and of course over the time the quality of your work will increase too.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

the chance to have my opinion heard as well as the reward based partnership, after all im a photographer and i have to make my living through photography, and every little bit helps.
