1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m an Aussie living in Bangkok. I’m a Pilates Instructor/Trainer/Cycle Instructor. The fitness industry in South East Asia is relatively new compared to the west so I am excited to be a part of bringing it to a wider audience here.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Fitness/strength/stretch photos, fitness events, healthy lifestyle images, nutrition & healthy food, travel destinations with fitness.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Everyone calls me Jen!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

VSCO, Colour Pop, Photo Editor but mostly IG.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Oh so many amazing people out there inspiring & motivating me! Some of those include Amanda Bisk, Emily Skye, Fakandet, Tahlsware Pilates, Vie Pilates Goldcoast.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

The spring collection from active wear label Dharma Bums.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

The positive feedback I get from people about how a post can really brighten their day.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Let influencers & bloggers stay true to what they believe in.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I think everyone can spot a paid post that the influencer doesn’t feel passionate about. I would like to say to everyone to be happy with your decisions. Money isn’t everything.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

To be able to experience new products & services I previously hadn’t been able to or aware of. And also being able to provide direct feedback to those brands.
