1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m currently a beauty blogger and freelance makeup artist based in Montreal!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topics of interest is definitely anything beauty related! I post a ton about makeup, since it’s my passion! I love to share product reviews, makeup looks and beauty tips!

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I just use my name, so that it’s easier for people to find me! I also just put in mua, since I’m a makeup artist!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use picsart and aviary!

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I love dressyourface and amrezy! Their makeup is just always flawless and I just go to their accounts all the time to get inspiration!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I would say highlighters. A lot of people don’t use them enough!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

My favorite part would just be getting the feedback. I know makeup can be challenging and just hearing people thank me for sharing my tips means the world to me. I also post my work from freelancing and I just love it when my clients see themselves featured on my Instagram! You can tell how happy it makes them and my clients happiness means the world to me!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Just find a way to be unique. You want to stand out from your competition, so try new things. Start a new trend! Always advertise your business! Since I started posting at least once a week, my followers started to grow! You want people to notice you!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I would say just put out whatever you feel 100% about! Never put out products or services that you’re not satisfied.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I just love the collaboration process. Being able to communicate with the brand! Finding ways to help my followers save on products and inform them about new high quality products!
