1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m 35 yo guy from central Italy. I like to cook: i do it with passion for important people of my life. I like also to take photograps of my plates!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Mostly i take pics of food and places i like during my travels. Mostly in Italy.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s the mix with my name and the first letter of my surname. Jaco + M, as we say in italian: emme!

Mostly VSCO.

Absolutely my peach and rosemary cake!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I like to show place and things, that people doesn’t know at all. Love to to guide during their trip, or teach them new recipe, new things, etc..

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

They should try not to work with instagramers that cheat.. buying followers and like. They should let us free to post what we like and absolutely do not send pics taken by their official campaign.
I always post only pics i take by myself.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Let the instagramers free to show their creativity!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Being part of a project!
