1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am an aspiring makeup artist based in Florida. I am very passionate about all things makeup & beauty related ; my goal is to empower women and encourage them to love themselves, to spark their inner Queen!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love posting makeup and hair photos. I think it’s important to have more women of color be presented in the beauty community.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Honestly I wanted something simple and easy for people to remember , I wasn’t thinking about having it relate to makeup and beauty.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I absolutely love FaceTune beCause it allows me to edit without diminishing the quality of my photos. I love using the whitening tool to brighten my background and I love using to detail tool to bring out the texture of my curls and it helps me translate my makeup to the naked eye better.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Of course I have to mention the queens of Ig in the beauty community @amrezy and @vegas_nay they really inspired me to dive into makeup and not be intimidated by it. I also love the makeup styles of @chrisspy and @queenofblendingmua

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

You have to try the new eyeshadow palette from Anastasia Beverly hill Modern Renissance! Perfect summer palette and great for all skin tones!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love sparking the love for makeup in other people , I love goving back to my supporter, I love motivating others to love their naturally curly hair , I love empowering others to love themselves no matter what society’s stigmas are.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I truly believe that allowing the influencer to give complety honest opinions is a must. Above all else what we have in this community is our name and creditably. In this day and age people are being very careful on what they are spending their hard earned money and time on. Our followers are very intelligent consumers and we have to treat and view them as such.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

It’s perhaps the one thing that stands out and what makes people want to follow you. People come for the photo but they stay for your personality so it’s crucial that the quality and content provide a window to your personality. People can tell if you’re trying to be someone you are not,so be yourself they’re looking for someone unique and fresh. There’s only one you!

I love the opportunity to build strong business relationships where we can help each other and I love having the opportunity to share my love for beauty with the world
