Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Eleni Kirkasidou @elenkirk

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am a 24-year-old Aesthetician from Greece (Athens). I work as an Aesthetician in a Beauty Spa which is a family business.
I work for some advertising companies the last 6 years and i have promoted a bunch of products like Drinks, Cigarettes, Clothes etc. I have been also a “model” for some photoshoots.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Sceneries, islands, vacation, fashion posts.
I love travelling and taking photos of great landscapes, sunsets and whatever fills me with positive emotions.
Also I’m interested in Fashion industry/lifestyle especially Ethical Fashion and Beauty which is a field i would be able to support it.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My name is Eleni Kirkasidou but it is a little difficult so i created a short one- Elenkirk

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Polar, Vsco and Instagram editing.
Polar is a great app for filters and editing some details. Vsco is useful sometimes with a variety of filters.
Finally, when i am about to post any photo on instagram i check it out there and i may change the structure or add some extra color or saturation.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Bethany Mota. She is a young youtuber who travels a lot and she is positive with inspirational photos on her feed.
I do love the fact that she tries to maintain authentic combining fashion, beauty and travelling.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

It would be interesting if there was promotion of less famous brands .
Enough with Inditex products (Zara, Bershka) and H&M which are not ethical.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

It would be awesome to promote a brand with my personal style.
As i said i prefer ethical clothes, local stores and i would like to collaborate with this kind of companies.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

It is important to be selective and decline a collaboration with some brand you would never prefer.
You can maintain original if you support you personal attitude.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Clear photos with nice content and not overdoing with editing.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

To influence your followers in a creative way and let them know new products because of you.
