Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Daniel Hess @totonyproductions

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am a full time freelance videographer and photographer with my own company To Tony Productions. I am from and still living in Baltimore Maryland. I am always traveling and seeing new places.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topics of interest are camera tech, gaming, anime, being on cool film sets. I would say I post a lot of gaming/nerd culture photos as well as landscapes/sunsets most on instagram.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My instagram is named after my company To Tony Productions.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Well on my phone I like to use Prisma from time to time but I mainly edit my photos in Photoshop or Lightroom

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I wouldn’t say any one particular instagrammer inspires me the most it is more like the collection of people’s work. I love exploring the diversity that Instagram allows.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I would say just always try to push yourself to take great photos and explore new things.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I like being able to try different products and showcase them, it is a lot of fun.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I just post what I feel I would like to see and that usually works really well.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I would say that quality goes a long way on Instagram and in general. There are a lot of people who simply repost things and while that is great to build awareness of something just going outside and taking your own photos and seeing people enjoy them there is no greater feeling.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I like just the fun and challenge of creating great content for each brand it is a thrill.
