Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Camille @moodmydays

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m Camille, I’m French , I live in Paris and I am a digital manager for a collection of luxury Hotels in Paris and Nice.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I post pictures of my moods, outfits, lifestyle and food. I love fashion and lifestyle.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I wanted my Instagram account name to represent the photos I am posting, as most of them are about my moods of the day, I wanted it to contain the word “mood”. Then I wanted it to be full of enthusiasm and dynamism as it is my personality. I choose my account to take back the expression ” rock your body” as I feel this expression “swings” but with the idea of the mood of the day. That’s how “moodmydays” came out.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use Facetone, PS Express, Aviary and PicsArt

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

The Instagrammers that inspire me the most are @ohhcouture @ellesenparlent or @amoureusement_toi. I love their gallery full of harmony and details.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I could like them to try to go to Angelina a famous chocolate coffee shop in Paris I have been to yesterday, their African hot chocolate is just stunning, and the coffeeshop is absolutely gorgeous.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

What I love about being an influencer, is to be able to share my passion with my community, exchange, talk, advise people with the tips I have. This is awesome to feel useful for people. I

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I think the best is to keep honest, I work with brands that I love and I love to communicate my enthusiasm with my community. What is important is to provide them with what I would like to know about the product I see on the picture, to feel confident in this product and make me want to buy it to. Then I think it is important to put our best in the picture we take, a good quality picture is a key to make a product more beautiful, it needs to be put in a beautiful context and that is what I am trying to do.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

This is the most important thing about Instagram I think. Quality and original pictures are what instagramers are looking for while they choose to follow you. In order to do that you have to keep a theme on your Instagram in order people not to be lost through your feed, they need to find there what they expect to find, take picture with a great light, create an atmosphere on you picture and choose good products to have the perfect shot. The perfect shot do not come at once, I think it is important to take many many pictures to be able to find the perfect one at the end.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love the relationship we build with brands while partnering, we offer them visibility and in exchange they give us great content for our pictures, that’s what is interesting for me. I always need more content to post, to use my creativity and brand give me that. I love this mutual interest relationship based on trust.
