Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Blanca @blancagzaragoza

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m a student who’s passion is fashion, but here in Spain it’s hard to have this dream come true or at least this is how it feels like. Instagram has given me the chance of developing my knowledge and opportunities, and I’m determined to make my dream come true.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My favourite thing in the world is travelling, I love every little thing about it. And what I love to share on Instagram are the different places that I go to, it’s like sharing a little bit of your life with the people outside and encouraging them to go and travel and have fun. I’m from Spain but I lived one year in the US and I travel every summer to a new country. Learning new cultures, new languages, new people… Is just fascinating

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My Instagram name is just my real name, Blanca Gomez Zaragoza, but my first last name I reduced it to a g.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I love using VSCO to edit my photos and even on Instagram. I always put the same filter C1, and sometimes I increase the brightness to make them like neater. I also love using the fade filter on Instagram.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

My favourite instagrammer is ninauc, I love her style and all the places she visits. O also like people from other countries like chiaraferragni or Taylor hill (I actually follow all of the VS models?).

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I highly recommend to all my instagrammers friends to download Feels, it’s a great app to make collaborations with brands. Instagram connects you to a lot of shops, brands and people. Don’t waste that opportunity and talk to them about your dreams, your hopes and everything you’d like.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

My favourite part about being an influencer is realising that you can actually make an impact on people’s lives and that you can share what you love.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

My tips for brands running campaigns are . First of all follow trends, see what people like, observe what influencers do, get inspired. Second of all, have models from all over the world, expand cause that’s actually what’s Instagram allows you, Don’t waste that opportunity! And last but not least, maintain authenticity, don’t do anything trendy that you actually don’t like. Your brand should have a defined style that links with a defined group of people, you can’t include every trend, just the ones that fit with your style. Keep this in mind!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality and original content is the key for success. You need to make them collaborate in order to have a great Instagram or a great campaign. Quality will make people satisfied with their shopping, and they will want to buy more. Originality is the attraction that makes people stop by your Instagram, maybe they won’t by, but at least they know you and they will tell about you to their friends.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

What I love about partnering with brands is taking my style to their clothes, leaving my sign on their campaign and eventually helping to make a dream come true.
