Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Anna @cranberrryann

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hello, my name is Anna. I’m 17 years old daily life blogger and photography lover. I come from the Czech Republic but my family is originally from Russia. I love meeting new people and getting know them.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Mostly I’m really interested in photography, art, philosophy, books, and writing. On Instagram I’m posting photos from my daily life, telling my story in photos. I love taking photos of nature, my family, friends and things that I love.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Oh, It’s a funny story actually. On my previous school one of the teachers called me red strawberry or sometimes cranberry. So I wanted to have something original and then I remembered about my nickname, so here I am, cranberrryann (Ann strawberrry)

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

What I do mostly is that I change the contrast or add some kind of effect to make a photo more “artsy”. The app I’m using the most is VSCO Cam, but I love when the photo stays more “natural”.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Well, that’s really hard question. For example one of my friends @ditelesa or another of my favorite Czech instagrammers @ansvarcova. There’s a lot of people who inspires me, but I don’t really remember them all.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I’m not sure what is this question about, but one of my favorite things that I discover is app called boomerang (it’s connected to Instagram) and it’s like a small gif. It’s moving but it’s not exactly like a video. I like it

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love that I can share my experience with other people. Inspire them or discover something new, something nice. Something they don’t know yet or haven’t tried yet

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

It should be original, not that much as and advert but more like a artsy photo. I think if it’s some kind of product (cosmetics, clothes, food..) it should be photographed in artistic way that people would like to buy it.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Make it simple but original. Don’t copy anyone. Be yourself, make it as you want to and you will see if somebody likes it!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

It’s really good experience. Also, it’s chance to see things in a different way, by a different person (like me). I can tell people my opinion and show it in my perspective. For me and the brand it’s a good business
