Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Anita Fini @1finaida

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

HI! I am a recent nutrition graduate from the University of Akron. I live in Cleveland, Ohio. I am currently in the process of starting my own nutrition consulting business, but I need my registration for that. I need to take a registered boards exam in order to practice. I have many student loans, so I stay busy working. I am a Sales Representative by day and a server by night.
I come from a very cultural and close family. My grandparents and father immigrated from Coreno, Ausonio. This is a small town on top of the beautiful mountains of Italy.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love fashion, watches, sneakers, loafers, coffee and the beach! I try to hit all of the coffee houses in Cleveland, Ohio or where ever I travel to. The ocean and the sun are my favorite things. I could live on the beach.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My name is Anita Fini. As a nickname, my cousin started calling me Anaida or Finaida. It just stuck.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

One hundred percent of the time I am using VSCO Cam to edit my photos. I try to only post pictures that I have taken with my GoPro. Once I take the picture with the GoPro, I will immediately upload them to my computer. Once they are uploaded to my computer, I sync them to my phone. I then use VSCO to edit them if needed.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

My ultimate favorite instagrammer would have to @thefashioncuisine. I look at her instagram for fashion ideas all the time. Another instagrammer that truly inspires me is @samevanslife. He uploads amazing video edits. I am currently trying to work on and master my GoPro editing skills. His videos are amazing.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

One thing my fellow instagrammers have to try is a huge bowl of my nonna’s homemade spaghetti complimented with a glass of homemade wine.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I want people to be inspired, just like other influencers inspire me!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Just be you. Do what you love and people will you.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

People love authenticity. They love seeing something new, because it may change their perspective or way of thought about something. Also, everyone works extremely hard to provide quality that they themselves thought of. A lot of creativity goes into something like that. I highly value original content and the people behind it.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I like that you have the ability to be yourself, while representing brands you love. You are supporting them!
