Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Adrian @asluxurytravel

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

We are a couple from Hong Kong and we love travelling around the world. We have been travelling in more than 10 countries around the globe. Our passion is to understand different local cultures, stay in luxury hotels and join various leisure activities. We therefore create this instagram page to share our passion to people from different countries. We have been sharing places to go and hotels to stay in different countries, including Greece, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, Taiwan and, of course, Hong Kong.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love travelling. I post a lot of tourism options, which include hotels, tourist sopt, and where to eat.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

The name is “asluxurytravel”, in which “as” is the combination of my name Adrian and my girlfriend Stefanie.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I love using Adobe lightroom. It is so user friendly that I use it all the time!

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Luxury World Traveller is definitely my choice. The page has been posting lots of luxury destinations and hotels which are my dreams!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Come to Hong Kong! Hong Kong is well known for its shopping paradise and food paradise. There are wide range of food including chinese dim sum, egg puff, etc. The hiking routes and island landscape are fantastic.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love sharing where we have been to in different destinations. This can let my followers feel the joy of travelling. Sometimes my followers and I have some common destinations and we can talk about it. This is a lot of fun.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Give more freedom to the influencers. Sometimes influencers can think out of the box and promote their product in an unexpected way.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Just post what you like. I believe that people will love it if they have common insterests as you.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love the concept of having a “win win” situation. The brands can promote what they need, and I can enjoy what I love.
