De Beer Seafood Restaurant Campaign Review
After Sum Kee’s Campaign, many of our StarNgage influencers came up to us to request for more, and within the next month, we managed to organise another food tasting session with De Beer Seafood Restaurant at Sunset Way.
With much positive responses received from its original outlet at D’Kranji Farm Resort, along Neo Tiew Lane, De Beer recently opened its second outlet at Sunset Way.
We managed to try their signature dishes, and I must say that it was a delicious meal indeed.
We started off the meal with their signature dish, Lala Bee Hoon. The broth was amazing.
After which, we had Spare Ribs with Guinness Stout and Champagne, which was uniquely flavourful.
What’s a meal without some vegetables, right?

The highlight of the night was the Flaming Chicken, the one dish that everyone was waiting for. We love this step-by-step graphic done by Sam!

Influencers in action!
The aftermath of the Flaming Chicken. The waitress carefully cut the chicken, and placed it into this Steamboat-like thing, where the tender de-boned chicken is left to soak in the broth, with charcoal under it keeping it hot. Perfect shot here by Jacelyn.
Overall, I would have to say that my favourite dish was the Flaming Chicken, because the chicken was so soft and tender, and the broth complemented the meat really well.
