1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m a proud Canadian, born and raised in a small town! I’m currently writing a beauty and lifestyle blog while decided on my future!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Makeup, makeup, makeup! I love anything fashion and beauty related!

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Well I wanted to include to create a blog and social media account dedicated to helping out my fellow Canadians! So I came up with ‘the Canadian spot!’

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I either use my iPhone or a canon camera to capture pictures. I then put it through a photo editing app called ‘relook’; it’s essentially an easy-to-use Photoshopping app! I then use VSCO to further edit/enhance my pictures and adding a slight filter.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I absolutely love Karissa Pukas! She’s also a fellow Canadian, she’s so down to earth and real. I hope to one day be as influential as she is!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Vichy skin products! They have so many lines for all genders, ages and skin types! Very versatile and reasonably priced.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Being able to interact with my followers! I also love finding new ways to empower and inspire anyone I can!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Stay real! I’ll post a picture with my family, or of my cat or dog. It really helps to remind everyone that were real people too!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Find your own person niche and stule, and then use that to your advantage! Build up around it until you come up with an original page!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Meeting new people and providing my followers with fun products and deals!
