Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Tammy @T.nole

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am bold and my expression is sharp. I spend a lot of time reflecting on what I do to keep myself working as a united and balanced individual. I express myself through all of the arts: writing,drawing, modeling, cooking, traveling, acting, dancing, and when I’m not dwelling on my shyness, I enjoy singing as well. Art/expression is a huge part of my life. It keeps me floating in the clouds while my spiritual side keeps me rooted to the soil. I come from the garden. I spent nearly 95% of my childhood meditating in my grandmothers garden without even knowing I was doing it. I would “wake-up” and the sun would nearly be down. I learned from a young age to watch and listen carefully. I went through 17 years of abuse growing up, and through that I learned the art of the human, body language. I became freakishly good at reading peoples by their movements and later I learned that this would help me in life with healing myself and having my eyes open to those who need healing around me. Now-a-days, its nearly impossible for me to miss the things that others try to hide. I am, a – a truth seer and a light warrior.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Real truths. I encourage light, love, and healing. More than any time on this planet, I’ve seen many people turn their inner lights on and I want to encourage that action to all of those who come into contact with me. I like to show or explain what I’ve done in my life to keep me on track, -and what can be done to redirect life. I enjoy talking about my life’s experiences, what I am learning along the way, the things I’ve over come, reaching goals of all sorts including, but not limited to spiritual and physical growth. I come from a bloodline of very spiritual members, and I like to show what my accentors have taught me. I am a extreme believer of being oneself dispite anything else that’s pulls away from that. I love fashion as an outlet to express myself. I love art, dance, singing… pretty much anything that invokes or involves expression. I am all about making MOVEMENTS, actively correcting the sins of our fathers, and creating a better life for myself and the children coming into this world.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Well- my name is Tammy Nicole. Cut the -“ammy” and the -“ic”, and you get T.Nole.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I try not to edit photos too much but when I do I go into my phones photo edit and adjust saturations, and back lighting. My goal is never to cover up, but to enhance. Some other apps I use to complete this task are : Enlight. I love the layering this app allows me to do. Another I enjoy using is Lightroom.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

There isn’t one particular instagrammer that I get inspiration from. I do enjoy watching other people journeys though. I love watching @vanna.rose images that she comes up with. She’s a creator. Anybody that creates their journey as authentically to them as possible are the people who inspire me to stay on my path.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Vegan chicken wings.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Watching others come to their true self and the process at which they have to go through to become themselves. I’ve had people express to me that they are adopting new things into their life because of watching or being a part of my own journey.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Honestly. Stay creative and have purpose. Just because there are “trends” doesn’t mean you need to fall in loop with it all. Be original. You are a creator because you can create, so do that! Where do you like to run, how, where, and why?

I keep my authenticity by remembering the desires of my own will and heart. What do I want for this world around me and for myself that will help me grow into a divine flourishing individual? Once I establish that answer, all else falls into place.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Be Yourself!! I know exactly what I want out of this world for the area in life that I am in. Post because it’s something that makes you smile, uplifts your heart, makes you feel, and inspires you to create. You have a unique package only given to you. Use your voice.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Creating and having fun! I love representing brands that share some of my desires for this world. I love partnering up with others and birthing new ideas and collaborations and then looking forward into what we created as individuals.
