1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I work full time as claims assistant for an insurance assessing firm (we deal with home and business insurance claims) but also work part time (although seems full time lol!) as a fashion & lifestyle blogger. Every spare moment I have I work on my blog (during lunch breaks during the week, after work and on weekends) – it is my passion and true love.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

fashion, style, lifestyle, music, entertainment, spirituality and lifestyle matters

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Well, I have always been known for my style and I have a passion for things to do with life matters such as IVF, which I documented my own personal journey so anyone out there is going through the same thing but is afraid to talk to family or friends has someone else to turn to. I want to make certain things in life that are apparently taboo or swept under the rug be spoken more, so people are not ashamed or afraid.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

VSCO and snapseed mainly.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Song of Style, Mariana Hewitt, Zanita Whittington, Club Fashionista and Harper & Harley. They are all inspiring for their individuality, owning their own style and with Club Fashionistsa she has personally taken her own time to give me positive feed back.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Just owning who you are. Yes, look at how other bloggers do their work, take inspiration but make your own journey, look and style. There is really only one you, and you need to own it and be proud.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

The inspiration you give to upcoming bloggers. I have been touched by their lovely words given to me but being able to create my own brand and style and be associated with it. People who know my style, know that its me.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Seek individuality. Creative artistic styles, trying things out from the norm. Thats how I stand out and it works for me.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

It makes you stand out from the rest. I lots of brands emailing me telling me how much they love my artistic style and raw edge.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

It allows for different minds, thoughts and creative energies to come together to create something amazing. You feed off one another and can create something special.
