Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Stevie Wong @steviiewong

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hello,I’m Stevie Wong @steviiewong from Jakarta, Indonesia and I’m currently 22 y.o. I graduated from my bachelor degree in Business from University of Southern Queensland a few years back and now I’m working as a social media director for a company based in Singapore. In addition to that I’m also a content writer and blogger too. I consider myself a determined, hard-working and perfectionist lady striving to do her best for whatever life has to offer ahead of her.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I’m a fashion, beauty and culinary enthusiast! My instagram post are mostly related to fashion, culinary and lifestyle. I’m a sweet tooth who enjoy to eat and on the quest to try different cuisines from all around the globe, therefore you’ll find some post related to food and dessert on my feeds too aside from my daily outfit look. I usually post my travel photographs too

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

So it’s basically my name Stevie Wong but someone took that name so I added another “I” and so that’s how my Instagram name came about.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I used Snapseed, VSCO cam and Instagram build-in editor to edit most of my photos. Usually I would just brighten up the photos and tone the color a bit to make my Instagram feed look more need and organized.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I really like @imjennim and @taramilktea. Jen (@imjennim) has a great taste for fashion and she is so stylish. I love the way she does her makeup, hair and dress up she always look so chic and I find her fashion sense very much inspiring for me.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Maybe travelling the globe and experiencing different cultures, style and cuisines.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Growing up I’ve always had great interest for fashion, style and beauty thus I’m grateful for the things I’ve got to do with my work that are related to my interest and passion. I hope to contribute to the community as an influencer and inspire people with positivity through my work and writing.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

To have a good concept behind every campaign is what will make it successful. In order to reach out to the right targeted customers one must have good concept and of course good photographs to tell the story and concept to the viewers.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

A good content is what attract people to your profile but a good quality is what keep them thus I think it’s important to keep your content as good as possible by posting good quality photographs and content that are well conceptualized. I’m still improving my profile and trying to create a theme for it and make it more neat so that my followers and readers may be inspired and happy to see my content. I’m still striving to improve so let’s learn together.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Lately I’ve got endorsement offers from local brands as well as fashion invitations to attend event . I’m very grateful and thankful for the opportunity to work with them and looking forward to more interesting opportunities in the future. I wish that my work may inspire others as well.
