1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?
Hello, I am 29 years old and I live in London, I am a qualified personal trainer with a passion for wellbeing and nutrition. I have studied both extensively throughout the years. I have lived all over the world spending most of my time in the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?
My most passionate topics are food, how to keep it interesting whilst eating the best we can as close to source as possible. I also post about workouts for the body as well as travel which is another huge passion of mine.
3) How did your Instagram name come about?
I started sharing my recipes and food creations with friends and family over my social networks and it stemmed from there. People were always interested in healthy recipes that tasted good and weren’t just a bunch of veggies on a plate.
4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!
I love Camera plus and video editor the most.
5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?
I think Jamie Oliver is a pretty big inspiration just in general his noble take on sugar is inspiring and an education to us all.
6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?
My healthy chicken nugget recipe.
7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?
That I can help just a fraction of people to feel good and raise awareness, I can also help people to enjoy life whilst being on a cleaner routine.
8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?
I think it is to recognise that we are all human and there is no such thing as perfect.
9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?
Quality and original content is of extreme importance. Without this you can’t maintain credibility and people will see through you. Influencers share a journey and if you don’t show an authentic one there is no point.
10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?
I like to partner with like minded brands who are trying to spread the same message. It helps share to it to more people and raise awareness which excites me. The more people you can reach the better.
