Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Sophie @soph_ox

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi!!! I’m Sophie and I’m 17 years old ? I live in the suburban countryside of Derbyshire although I very much love to visit London and other big cities!!
I’m currently studying 4 A-Levels at college as I hope to win a place in medical school to become a doctor, although this was a big decision to leap to from my background. My dad (Stuart Garner) owns a Motorbike company – Norton Motorcycles and is self employed so I have always felt a bit of pressure to make something of myself without having to go to university!!!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love food and am an aspiring vegan ? I also love fashion and finding different combinations/key pieces that fit best ??
I also love travel and hope to visit Thailand next year with my savings and get some mega instagram pics!

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Well everyone calls me soph and I like the ‘xo’ meaning hugs and kisses ?

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use the bog standard ‘layout’ by instagram but I like keeping my photos fairly natural only using iPhone edit.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

biancaellabooth/alexisren are my favourites. I love the beach vibes.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

The opportunity to advise and express your opinions and views on products/services.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Ask consumers for their honest opinion first!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

My advice would be that today’s generation focuses on authenticity and being yourself in the best way you can be. Do this through everything you do including your social media!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love the loyalty, and the fact that you both have a equal sided business relationship for hopefully a long time!
