1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am a slash, Fashion & Homeware designer, columnist for 4 print & online publications in Hong Kong, also a radio presenter at RTHK supported by The government.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I mainly do fashion and lifestyle, also beauty and travel from time to time.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Fungyungyung is my Chinese name, Yung Yung means banyan tree, there is symbolic meaning of “maximise your life” in Chinese.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I prefer natural lights and I tune my pictures by Instagram itself, just push the shadow and highlights, then sharpen it. Over edit with the picture will look too saturated, better go with natural!

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I love yoyokulala, very nice composition of photo, stylish and up to date, not much edit but just look nice!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Be yourself and find your own profession! Start with what you keen on!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

To share something you like and there is actually someone in the world share the same taste with you! How amazing!! Shared joy is doubled!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

To find the right influencer, not because of the number of followers but the right audience!
I only take jobs which share same vision as I do!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

The world is small, people will know if you just copy. It’s from the quality of yourself, so stay original!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

You can work with your favourite brands with your own expression.
