1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m currently working on an album and I plan to release a single and video sometime over the next few months. I’m originally from Maryland but I lived in Philadelphia for a bit. 🙂

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Hair, Music, Fitness, & Health & Beauty.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Well, my Mom struggled, sweated, and pushed and then I popped out and she said I think I’ll call him "Richard Smith-Beverly" and that’s how richardsmithbeverly was born. Haha.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I mostly use Instabeauty right now. It’s quick and easy I have used the editing software on my phones – I was Android when I started but then switched to Apple last July. I like both platforms Apple and Android so don’t put me in the middle of any Android and Apple phone wars of "which is better". Haha. Oh, I also use Layout by Instagram.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I like a lot of instagrammers. It would be hard to choose just a few. Currently, the instagrammer that’s inspiring me is dothinkup but there have been others.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

The peel off mask made from all natural charcoal. I’m going to be featuring a sale on my instagram really soon since I’m partnering with the company that sells it.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I like having a platform to influence people’s lives in a positive way as well as introducing people to my original music. 🙂

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I think sticking to the same type of content that you enjoy posting and creating beautiful moments in pictures from your original photographs. 🙂

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Regarding quality, I think it’s important to post content for the type of followers you want to attract and you also want to create beautiful moments in photo. 🙂 Create the type of photo that lifts someone’s day or entertains them in some way. It’s like an art gallery of your content but opening night is every night. 🙂

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I like being able to introduce new creative expressions and ideas in music, hair, health, beauty, and fitness as well as introduce any cool new products that I personally use and would recommend.
