1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m 15 and from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I am the creator of the fashion blog, “The Thread Collision” and a Youtuber. I love creating content that expresses my style and inspires others.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I typically post photos of my outfits, new clothing pieces, and of course a selfie once in a while.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My Instagram name is literally just my full name, Rachel Niccolai. It’s one of the perks of having a unique last name.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use Vscocam for my filters and sometimes Facetune to whiten the photo.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I absolutely adore @weworewhat and @themambaface. Their posts never fail to inspire and give me new ideas.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Calvin Klein underwear- seriously.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I get the opportunity to reach so many people and, with it, comes being able to share my thoughts and opinions while actually being heard.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Connect with influencers who represent your brand well. The number of followers an influencer has ins’t everything, it’s their audience who really matter. I only work with brands I enjoy and would never endorse something that I dislike.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Shoot and post what you like. People are following you for you, and it’s important to stay true to that.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Using my own style and vision merged together with an entirely other group of creative individuals.
