1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m a former wardrobe stylist/model turned chef and nutritionist. I’m heavily involved in community & giving back! Love working with great people in and around the world! Put me on a plane or feed me and I’m the happiest!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Food, lifestyle, nutrition, wellness, fitness, fashion and travel!

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My last name is Bies – thought as a nutritionist would be a cute handle!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I try to limit editing to basics. A few filters. A touch of brightness & a sharpen!

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Nadia Felch, Donna Hay, FeedFeed & every fashion blogger! Lol

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Mmmmm. Eat real food! Make your own skin care. Everything is better with Champs!!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love connecting people with great products & people! Especially boutique and innovative items. Fashion, food and wellness at the helm!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I try to keep things as organic as possible – even if it’s a corporate collab I always try to maintain my brand/voice.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Always always keep original content. Quality is better than quantity.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Support and creative direction – it’s always nice to learn and find inspiration from a new collaboration/company!
