1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Surprising to most people I have a degree in political science but I decided to pursue my passion of fashion. So right now I’m working as a stylist in a upscale boutique while managing my blog and Instagram accounts (www.memyselfandvogue.com)

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Mostly I post fashion related pictures, so basically what I’m wearing or what new accessories I’ve bought. I try to switch it up and post more lifestyle pictures as well, such as food or beauty products.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My Instagram name is my own name and I decided to keep that way because I thought it would seem more relatable and personal than naming it after my blog.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

My go-to app is definitely Face Tune as I can make details sharper on my picture. Then I used either After Light or VSCO to add filters and such.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Some bloggers that have inspired me include We Wore What, Something Navy, and Class Is Internal

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I would some of my favourite beauty brands, such as Too Faced. Or online shopping websites I love like Missguided’

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love when people tell me that inspired them to put together an outfit or try a new beauty product. Makes me feel like my opinion valued and trusted.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I think it’s really important to come off genuine and really show the consumer you value them by providing excellent customer service. Giving your honest opinion is crucial as well in order to gain the trust of the consumer.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Just be yourself and that itself will attract followers because you are being you and that is what differentiates you from everyone else!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Not only do I get to try new stuff but if I love a product I can recommend it to my followers and expose them to something great as well.
