Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Navya @_.navvyaa

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am navya, a nani influencer from India who is trying to make her 10 year old selfs dream of making a living by sharing content become a reality. I am currently in india and am a student pursuing psychology from the university of Delhi.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I am really fond of dressing up for myself and just living life as if I’m the main character. Since I was a child I’ve always loved to doll up even if there wasn’t a specific occasion for the same. I love posting transformation reels and styling reels on my Instagram, however you might also see me do some of the viral dances there for fun :))

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

At the time, I thought it was quirky to play along with the spelling of my name ‘navya’ to make it unique. I guess it just stuck with me since.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I mainly use the normal editing on the iPhone. However I do play around with adobe Lightroom and back from time to time. In case the pictures need retouching I rely on Snapseed as it’s free to use and pretty easy in terms of user interface and experience.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I love following Emma chamberlain and Fernandes ramirez. Their content really just fits my vibe and I love how they engage their community. In Indian influencers I think Tarini shah and taneesho are my favs cos their content is just so inclusive and all in all a delight to watch.

6) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Honestly, I just love the part where I can share this side of me with people who appreciate it. It’s so much fun to create content and it’s literally more like therapeutic for me.

7) What’s your favorite part about StarNgage? Any exciting campaigns that you have joined through StarNgage before?

I’ve just joined this community but hopefully I look forward to having a great experience here!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Just try and find influencers who genuinely believe in your products and that does half the job. That’s how I maintain authenticity in my content- if i love the product I will be able to show that through my content which is how the campaign will be successful for the brand 🙂

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Original and quality content is key. It’s what pushes you the extra mile and what actually helps you create a community for yourself. So trust the process and don’t give up, you never know when inspiration strikes :))

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

It’s the experience and learning. The fact that I can help people grow their business just gives me an internal satisfaction:)
