1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Right now I am a stay at home mother of two, a freelance writer, contributor, and a writer and photographer for my blog. I am from Northern Ontario, Canada.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I usually post pictures of my recipes, my family (kids), selfies of myself, and home decor.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It is the same as my blog title, coming from the fact that I am a city girl (grew up in Toronto) but now living a quiet family life in the north!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use VSCO and Afterlight for instagram!

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I love Jillian Harris’ bright and airy feed! And Amber Fillerup’s bright and colourful feed.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I get to share my knowledge and experiences with my readers. Most of all, I get to inspire.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I like to stick strictly to my niche. Also, I only promote products that I love and that are mom friendly!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

It’s very important to have a bright, clear picture to catch the eye. Great content is king.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Finding new brands that I never knew about! And sharing with my readers when I approve!
