1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m a freelance photographer living in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Knysna in the heart of the Garden Route, South Africa.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I live for adventure and sharing beautiful imagery. I do like to mix it up though and get easily bored so I’m always trying new things.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s a long story but the short version is that it was a high school nickname. Let’s hang out and I’ll tell you the whole story!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I shoot most of my content on my Fujifilm X-t10 and edit mostly in lightroom. When I’m on the go I’ll edit in my phone mostly with lightroom mobile or snappers.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

So many! @ravivora , @kpunkka , @garethpon and @omarzrobles are some of my favourites.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Shoot something different, learn a new skill.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Without a doubt it’s getting to meet and hang with other talented, creative people.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Talk to influencers early in the process. We know how to tell stories that work and can often help to tweak campaign mechanics.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

For me it’s essential. Personally I only post content that I create and that aligns with my aesthetic and philosophy.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love getting the opportunity to create content that I normally wouldn’t have the opportunity or resources to create.
