1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

My name is Lorien. I’m a 21 years old linguistics student at the University of Antwerp in Belgium. Beside my studies, I do some modelling. I started modelling last year, so I’m a new face in the industry.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love everything that is vintage. But mostly vintage and retro clothes. So on my account you can find posts of my vintage outfits. But I often post backstage pictures of photoshoots and results of photoshoots. I would like to inspire people by showing them my style.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It is simple ‘Lorienslife’ = the life of Lorien

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I only use the standard instagramfilters.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I’m in love with the instagram of Belgian model Daphne Velghe. She is so honest and true. She shows the good and the bad sides of modelling. Daphne is very inspiring. Further I really like Neil De Westelinck. He is a Belgian Photographer with an amazing feed. He has a very unique style.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Try searching for tags you like on Instagram. It results in a snowballeffect. One thing leads to another and before you now it, you discovered some amazing accounts.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

You can share a piece of your personality and inspire people.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Stay true to yourself and your style.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Create a fluent content. People have to see the big picture. Create a story, even make it personal

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

You can support brands you really like and share the love for them. It is also a very creative way of marketing.
