Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Lexi kaylyn @lexi.kaylyn

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am currently in high school. I’m also enrolled in college classes so I can get ahead with my nursing career. I’ve moved a lot as a child due to my dads job as a anesthesiologist.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love clothes and I’m on the Pom team at my school, so I’m frequently posting about that. As well as my travels.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I followed Jaci smith and I loved how she went by her first and middle name, so I followed in her footsteps.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I typically use vsco on my phone and photo shop on my computer. Usually I sharpen the photo a bit and add a bit of fade on it. Sometimes I use a red or purple tint.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I’m inspired by aspyn ovard, her life is my typical dream life and I hope to one day find that. I’m also very inspired by Jessica Gee. She’s the mother in the bucket list family. I think she is so down to earth and not trying to make her life better than everyone else’s.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Be kind and always reach out to one another. I don’t necessarily think a product is something I want to advertise. Kindness is something everyone NEEDS to have in their life. I will always stand by this statement!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love helping others find their true selves and learning to love themselves!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Make sure your feed is pleasing to the eye.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

No one is a better you, so be you! Don’t copy others! Be original.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I like being able to introduce new products to my followers.
