Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Lauren @Lauren.madeira

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am a wife and mother of 2. I work in realestate, focusing in property management, renovations, staging, design and I am a freelance writer. I run my own foundation, Gifted4HD which works in conjunction for Help4HD. I run fashion shows for relief for the children with this terminal illness. I’m busy.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I’m obsessed with interior design. I post inside perks of beautiful homes and home tours on my stories with sprinkles of my children, husband and my events and life with my girlfriends.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s my name. I used my own name because I want to be available and easy to find in my own community.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I don’t use any apps. I just post and I tend to brighten a lot of my images. I rarely use the filters. I like to brighten!!!

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Ivanka Trump, Taza, ladyandprince. I’ve been following lady land prince for years. Love!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I’m loving the gift boxes! Who doesn’t love s good surprise of goodies that have been hand picked for you. In any arena- cosmetics, decor, jewery… It’s a win!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I’ve never thought of myself as an influencer. I’m a gal just loving life and inspired and creating and posting it.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I have only accepted a few campaigns and they had to relate to my life. If I post anything I know I will be ok with my family, friends, colleagues, strangers in my community, people from my parish, kids school and teachers would see and I would be proud of it. I turn down a ton of offers but if I post about anything then I’m in love with it and I truly want you to join in and enjoy.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I would stay inspired and post all the amazing opportunities you’re getting to experience. I think ig friends will follow and start to genuinely care for you and your family, but if you’re editing you’re life and posts- they will never really “follow” you.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I’m thrilled and I’m excited to try something new! Pairing with companies you admire and sharing products you really feel lucky to try and enjoy.
