1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I was born & raised in Singapore & am of Chinese, Scottish, Indian & Burmese descant. I work as an Interior Designer & I also do some freelance work as an actress & model.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My Instagram is filled with moments taken during my travels, which I do very often at whatever chance I get! Loud & proud, I am a huge hardcore adrenaline junkie, constantly finding new opportunities to push myself off the edge (literally).

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It consists of my first name but I added a twist to my middle one because sadly, ‘nicole’ is too common.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

VSCO is my editing bible! I have put my utmost faith & trust in it & it has not let me down. It also has a wide selection of filters, which to me is like being a child in a candy store.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Margaret Zhang. She is the one of the best gifts to the fashion industry (in my opinion)! A stylist, photographer & model – a triple threat!

Her creative eye & attention to detail is highly commendable, her visual content is orgasmic. She has such a unique style, which is always on point that she effortless pulls off.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Foodie! It’s such a great alternative for taking photos in natural daylight, the outcome is stunning!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

The different people you meet from all walks of life & the relationships made, you cannot put a price tag on that.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Have trust in your bloggers & let them have the creative control on the content. I would never want to post something with a predetermined caption, if that’s not how I genuinely feel about the product. Lying to an audience with false statements is the last thing I would want to do. Therefore, if it is a product that I am truly passionate about, allow us to come out or use our own photos & have the freedom of creating a caption.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

The world revolves around visual porn, so a crisp, fresh & at least decent quality photo will automatically captivate your audience.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

The creative growth.
