1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I have been silent for over 20 years on my anxiety and depression and body dysmorphia. Now i am sharing my story. I run a mental health blogging website and host a mental health podcast where i interview medical professionals, people in the media and athletes.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

its my name. I also run my mental health podcast page called The Endless Spiral. I got that name because i used to find myself caught in an endless spiral of depression and anxiety.

receiving messages for followers saying how much my content helps them

ive only just joined so havent had the chance to check out the great campaigns yet

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Im honest and real. Im telling my story after being silent for 20 years. Im speaking out about mens eating disorders which no other men are doing.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Do it for yourself and not for others. Be honest and real. What i do helps my mental health which in turn helps others.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Being able to share my story and inspire others by reaching a larger audience.
