Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Kasha Marie @kashhmarieee

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

My name is Kasha Marie, I am 25 years old-to be. I live in Rhode Island (the 401)-I am owner of 4O1fierce.com. I used to model and turned my love of photography and being behind the camera to make in influence into blogging! I am currently 5 weeks away from giving birth to my second daughter, and I am going to school part-time while blogging my life away!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I looooove fashion, I embrace it whether it’s a rainy day, pregnancy, I feel sick, I’m in class, at the laundry mat, etc I love beauty products I love trying new foods and snacks, especially being on the go now as a mommy! I post fashion posts the most! I love collecting new clothing and accessories, I’m such a hat girl!

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My name is Kasha Marie-hence @Kashhmarieee ?

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I usually take my photos through my IPhone camera and immediately upload them to VSCO cam! I loooove this app, it gives my feed such a vintage-meets-modern feel, sometimes I even upload it to IG and use the IG edits as well!

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I could name a million! My love for Hilary Duff and her influence is huge! She supports others 110%. Right now I am heavily inspired by @tammyhembrow she is a week ahead of I am in pregnancy and she embraces her love for fashion and brands just like I do!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Embrace every little thing surrounding you, try new things! I am trying out a new fit tea right now called Raspbelly Tea and I’m telling my followers whether pregnant or not to try this out to stay fit! I get constant messages asking me for my honest opinions of it, the taste, the price, the outcomes and I love telling my instagrammers to try the things I am supporting!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love the feeling of being able to make a difference for someone! Whether I allow a brand to get their name out to 6K more people, or have their site viewed and items purchased, I love the idea of standing behind a company it is so rewarding. 9 times out of 10, in return the brands will support my blog which is a win-win! I’ve always loved giving advice and now I love giving my honest opinion to my blog readers, it creates such an influence!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

When running a campaign on social media you should always offer a giveaway or competition because this sparks interest and generosity of your brand. Many brands run these contests and to set yourself apart and be as authentic as possible it is so so so important to release the best vibes for your brand. There are too many companies out there that will simple ignore the flaws that their brand has made or has embraced at that time and a simple comment to your readers of explanation will change the opinion of your readers quickly! Make sure your brand always has a voice and your readers will trust you which in turn creates more shares and good vibes for your brand. This will all allow your readers to feel comfortable with you and they will endlessly support. Support is so important!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Content should always be quality. It should be eye catching, original, and new. This will always draw the readers in, and will allow the urge to share the content which in return gets more exposure! This is so so important for brands to remember! The first look and impression will stick with readers when they hear your name!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

This generation is all about word of mouth! I think the power of social media through support and partnership allows brands to reach full influential outcome! There’s nothing I love more than supporting brands, I think without support and a great network of influencers, it takes longer for brands to take off. I love supporting brands and in return having support for my blog by receiving products! It’s a win-win!
