1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am passionate about food, cooking and tasting. I love to discover the culture and the story behind every dish and every population behind it. I am Lebanese, currently living in Kuwait. Both countries are well known with the diversity of restaurants and tasty food.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I am a food blogger so I share some cooking tips, recipes, I review shops and restaurants and rate them.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

from my name and the thing I am presenting: Jo stands for Joseph and meal which I have a different meal everyday

usually I use photoshop and instagram filters and edit options
