Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: John Mark Granado @jm.granado

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m JM Granado, a graduate of Hospitality Management. I am from the Philippines and currently helping with our family business (Farm and Manufacturing Plant) which I’m not fascinated, really. That’s why I’m posting cooking videos on tiktok and reviewing food through Instagram to entertain myself and share it to my friends at the same time. I also love traveling locally and in abroad to explore more about culture and food, and to share what I’ve seen through photography.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Mostly food and travel, I also love using my film camera which is way back from the 80’s. I usually post Food and travel photos if we travel.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It is just my name on Instagram, but on my TikTok, It is Flourdaddy; Thought I’d just post foods made out of flour, but turns out I was asked by TikTok Philippines to post more other than baked goods. “Daddy” I don’t really know how I came up with it.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use Lightroom for my Photos and Premier Pro for my videos.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

6) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

To share what I love doing and educating my followers the things they didn’t think they needed and.

7) What’s your favorite part about StarNgage? Any exciting campaigns that you have joined through StarNgage before?

I haven’t yet joined any campaigns through StarNgage, but I’m very excited and cannot wait to collaborate with brands in the future

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Just be honest to the audience, Tell what the brand is all about and what it’s capable of. Through this, brands can have long-term customers and partnership.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Having a quality and original content makes you unique, just like how an individual is. Basically, show what you are out there and inspire people. This will also be the main reason why people will follow you as an influencer.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love to help brands to grow while they also help me grow, to build relationships other than your family and friends.
