Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Jai @Jaimnz

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hey there! I’m Jai, a 25 year old health professional who lives in the Philippines.
I don’t know that I’ve ever been so passionate about something as I am with photography. I have always loved taking pictures, though I’m still learning.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

What interests me the most are fashion, food and places, since they are mainly the things I usually post on my Instagram account.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My Instagram name from my name itself.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I only use the Afterlight application which I bought from the appstore to add filters on my photos, but most of the time I just use the editors for Instagram.

I normally take my photos using my Sony NEX-C3 camera, after that I transfer them into my laptop and to my phone. After choosing the photo that I’m going to upload, I open my Afterlight application and look for my favorite filter which is Hedge. Following that routine, I go to my Instagram editor and adjust the structure and color, and its ready to be uploaded.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I look to a lot of Instagrammers worldwide, but my favorite is the Enciso sisters from the Philippines. They are fashion bloggers who I want to meet in person, since they inspire me the most to purse blogging.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

They gotta try to use starngage.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Since I was a kid, it has always been my dream to influence and help people in my own way. Like what my name means, to enlighten. I want to impart a lot of good things to all my followers.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Some of my tips are just be natural, search on whats the trend. Have surveys on what most people like and so it goes in maintaining authenticity.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

People will like your page if theres somethig unique from it. The quality of what you will post must be superb, for them to get attracted. Ofcourse your post must be original to avoid commotions.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Partnering with brands will surely help you ne more popular and with that, youll be able to influence more people in a good way and you endorsed the brands well. Its likke hitting two birds in one stone.
