1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi! I am Jacqueline Huey, a Chinese born in Malaysia. I am 22 this year and currently I’m waiting for my undergraduate results in Manchester, UK this coming July.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I post a lot of my selfies and with life quotes. Previously, I was selling slimming products. Therefore, most of my followers are particularly interest in weight loss topics. Other topics include: travel, food, fitness, pole dance and fashion.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

The simplified version of yours truly – Jacqueline Huey.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

MeituPic & Facetune for photos. Splice and Meipai for videos editing. I do use Layout for collage purposes.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

To name a few, @ootdmagazine, @iza_goulart, @cydsailor and etc..

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Having the opportunity to share my experience and knowledge. Also, to make a difference by only promoting products/services that actually works, especially when it has to do with one’s body health.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I believe that influencers should be given a time frame to try out the products/services before promoting in order to deliver the message more effectively across. Thereby, influencers can share their personal experience resulting in higher credibility, in exchange for their trust.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

This is, of course, essential. As mentioned above, to increase credibility and trust from the followers.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

To know the existence of such great products that has been developed and to share it around with others.
