Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Ivan Slepichev @slepichev

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

My name is Ivan, 18, I’m a second-year student of Moscow State University of International Relashions. Since my childhood I’ve been obsessed with learning languages and now I speak three languages and planning to take the fourth one. That’s why I decided to be a diplomat in the near future 🙂

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I am definetely into sport, being keen on such kinds of sport as tennis and volleyball. Also I visit a gym twice a week, cause health is our wealth. But the biggest passion in my life are travelling and photography 🙂 I have been to so many cities and countries, went diving in Israel and did parachuting in Spain, and I do want to share this passion with people all over the world via Instagram. I want to show that our life is so amazing and we must take every chance to feel young and free. On Instagram I have a lifestyle profile)

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

This story is not that interesting. It’s just my last name. Minimalism today is our everything, right?

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

My favorites are definetely VSCO, FaceTune, Snapseed and Afterlight. I do really like editing pics, so I can’t call as a routine, althouh sometimes it can take me an hour to edit one photo aha

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

My all time favorite profile that inspired me to have my own is @iamgalla . It is lifestyle mixed profesionally with travelling, fashion and food. Isn’t it amazing? I like watching the real life of real people.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

To think out-of-box. To step out of their zone of comfort and to practise self developing as often as possible. Their posts will be for sure more sincere and inspiring, and that’s the most important thing for all the influencers.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I realize that I can motivate people to do something they have never dreamt about. These people trust me and I underatnd that this is a very big responsibility to show and to write only interesting and inspiring content to make their mood and way of thinking better.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I am always trying to mix my vision with the concept of campaign. It’s always should your OWN style but mixed with the pholosophy of a brand.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Just do what you like. If you are sincere with your followers, they feel it. Don’t try to be popular and don’t copy someone’s style. Just be you and people will aprecciate it.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Thinking of a concept and making ideas in my head come true.
